Every NL piece is made to order. Unfortunately we do not offer any returns or refunds. We deal with every exchange/order inquiry individually. We are happy to exchange for another size ( If item(s) are still available ) or arrange a store credit within 5 DAYS from receiving your package. Please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE: contactnoemilee@gmail.com

We do not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us, this will be the customers responsibility.
